Shipping policy

We process and ship most orders within 48 hours of purchase (excluding weekends and holidays). Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number so you can follow your package every step of the way.

Delivery time depends on the shipping method selected at checkout and the destination. For the most up-to-date delivery estimate, use the tracking number in your shipment confirmation email.

Lost or missing packages. Once tracking shows your order as delivered, it is considered complete. If your tracking shows delivered but you have not received the package, please contact us within 7 days at sfcitywear@sausalitoacc.com. We will help you review the delivery details and, where applicable, file a claim with the carrier. Please note that once the carrier confirms delivery to the address provided at checkout, SF Citywear cannot be responsible for packages lost or stolen after delivery. We recommend confirming your shipping address is correct and secure at checkout.
